THE ROLE

We're looking for a hungry BDR to fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, researching prospects, initiating outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for our founder to close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • +

    Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our services

  • +

    Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • +

    Qualify inbound leads and assess fit with our ideal client profile

  • +

    Schedule discovery calls and demos for the founder

  • +

    Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM

  • +

    Meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting targets

  • +

    Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and targeting

  • +

    Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

REQUIREMENTS

  • +

    1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role

  • +

    Excellent written communication skills for outreach

  • +

    Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

  • +

    Self-motivated with strong work ethic

  • +

    Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation

  • +

    Understanding of B2B sales processes

  • +

    Interest in social media marketing and content creation

    Experience selling creative or marketing services

  • +

    Track record of exceeding sales targets

  • +

    Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • +

    Background in the agency or startup space
